Burnout?.... i wouldn't say anything but as you're influencing people i must say in all honesty 10 reps each isn't going to be effective with that weight outside of not doing anything/not lifting... when the weight decreases your repetitions needs to increase. What I'm not saying that your sequence isn't effective I'm saying 20 lbs at least 25 reps 15 and 10 lbs 50-100 reps each set g them 30 reps at that decreasing weight may not even tingle especially for a finisher it's not lifting hard enough your mind is keeping you at ten reps limiting you when in all honesty at 10 15 20 pounds the reps definitely needs to increase trust you can do it you need to push. Period.
Aren't these better with cables for added tension on the way down... Also didn't u do the side laterals or front debts in your main workout.. Can you elaborate on volume and blood flow how it helps hypertrophy
Sure blood volume for expansion. I typically do these during a workout with heavier weight though to stimulate the muscle fibers more. Cables would work also, I love cables 💪
