Judging by the size of your biceps, i'd say that bicep workout works! I'll have to try that version of hammer curls! I never used to care for hammer curls, only seemed to feel them in my forearms then i saw a video of someone doing crossbody hammer curls aka pinwheel curls and they really helped. My left bicep was substantially smaller than my right one but they helped bring it up. What are your thoughts on the crossbody hammer curls?
