The key is risk analysis. The markets are and has always been unpredictable. Thus the important point is not how much one might make but what one could lose. trading and holding on speculative stocks/Crypto and even great stocks can test ones ability in the arena of our ability to control ones loss aversion bias…buy high sell low…The market is overvalued by almost all measures like the CAPE and Buffett indicator. Speculation is high with things like meme stocks (are they dead yet?), our kitty dude, Ai dreaming and all.... It is all about how much one can lose during times like these. Does that mean don't invest, of course not but one must access the risk and have a way out if the tide goes out.....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.6B'tc to a decent 24B'tc....I'm especially grateful to Sandy Barclays, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape...

The insider trading rules only talk about people inside the company or people with information directly from inside the company. Nancy dose not have information from inside the company but inside information from the changes in the political landscape and because it's politician that make the rules they have not made that part iligal.

Tesla going 1k from here is only a 4x which means market cap would still be under nvidia and $3 trillion, when it was number 1 just 3 years ago. 100% possible. Maybe 12 months. I have 100s of shares at sub 200 average so I’m not begging for it to 4x from here but it’s totally within the realm of possibility.

What you hear are usually just people trying to coerce you into buying their trading courses or the like. Most traders lose money. Yes, you "can" win at trading, but you do have to learn a lot first and in almost all cases, new traders lose money before they start to learn how to win money (if they ever get that far). I'm a new trader (been doing it about 3 months now) and I've lost some money too. It will happen. Also, please be sure to understand the difference between trading and investing. Trading, you are trying to take advantage of the markets short term, like days and even hours or minutes. WIth investing, you are usually looking at time frames of weeks, months or even years and you are buying into companies as a partial owner, investing in what you feel will be a company that does good over the longer time period. It's a hugely big difference between the two "arts" of using your money and sticking it into the markets. My suggestion will always be, you should start with investing first. Save as much money as you can, and learn to invest it as wisely as possible. You have a much smaller chance to lose money, and at the same time, you have lots more time to learn the markets and all their possibilities and where you can "fit in" trading later. When you have a good bit of money invested, then you take a very small portion of what you've saved and invested and you can start trading with it. DO NOT trade with all your savings. Trade ONLY with money you can actually lose and it won't bother you, when you lose it. Because trading is a form of gambling. And, as you might know with gambling, the house always has the higher odds to win against you. The markets are the same. You can learn to gain what the gurus of trading call "edge" through experience and even intuition and get more of the odds to win on your side, but it is still all a game of chance and luck, when you trade. Never ever forget that.
