Yeah the guy who tuned my 350z here in NZ said they were commissioned my Nissan to tune a few supercharged ones that they put together as new. Haven't seen any of them for sale or around at all though
Mid 30s think more like best 22 but you don't buy I 350z or 370z for fuel economy.there Super fun I daily mine for the last 7years and brings me just as many smiles as it did the day I got it. I had a golf r32 and ra. That as a daily for almost 2years but hell that was silly bad on fuel I think prob mid teens with a slightly heavy foot. Yeah it's rubbish on fuel and makes more noise getting to 30mph than any other car but what a sound. Keep them full bolt ons they arent the best for reliability when boosted. But engines and gear box are solid as.
I helped build that in ‘06. It had one off shocks specced at the ride & handling dept. (Steve Robbins) of Nissan technical centre and is circa 320 bhp not 400. Built to be a ‘b-road car’ & not much faster than a standard GT.
Thanks for your comment. Interesting RE power, as we had it on good authority from someone at Nissan that the information was correct. We also tested it alongside a standard 350Z, and another that was slightly modified and the results on the road were clear. It's clear to feel the difference once driving the different cars back to back, too. Perhaps the extra torque would explain that!
