Hey - oversight on my part - it was 3 am when I recorded and forgot to switch things back around after messing with the build - 2 options you could do - 1 run bulwark finisher on your bond instead of double bomber or run grenade kickstart on your gauntlets to keep time dilation - another option is take time dilation off and run powerful attraction to collect orbs Thanks for the heads up - hope this helps with the build!
i was preaching a healing build like this and no one on my day 1 team supported it but it helped my team a lot. glad someone is covering healing builds like this for more of a support role on the team :)
Didn't get to do contest mode, but once i brought this build to my clan, they were shaken that it actually kept not only self alive but others during the raid. And in not even running the full solar but the prismatic version.
If you run that perk, remember not to use a backup mag mod or any other magazine that increases the ammo. It works against Attrition Orbs as it procs based on a percentage of the magazine.

Just out of curiosity, despite the massive nerf, is Well of Radiance still viable for endgame PvE? With a focus on healing? With exotics like Lumina, Edge of Intent, and exotic armor related to healing? Or would Song of Flame be more ideal until Well is slightly less nerfed? One seems to be about healing and the other, overall buffing a fireteam.
I think it’s still viable but it’s definitely not nearly as tanky as it used to be - I think a great way to approach it is to have someone with a well and someone else running song of flame - if I had to pick between the 2 I think Song of Flame is more the way to go!
Well of Radiance is now I think is only viable in end game if you are willing to build out a solid healing build with it, either you do a spam well phoenix protocol with no hesitations healing rifle, healing nades, healing rift, with ember of benevolence and solace to extend ability and restoration buffs on your team (I personally use this build) or you can do the Speakers sight build with healing turrets. But yeah Well is good for damage output since the radiant perk is active, you just need to supplement it with additional healing support like healing rifts and healing nades to prop up the nerfed damage resistance. That being said in terms of just pure damage durability and resistance, Song of Flame is really solid and even broken this season.
Would you recommend well of radiance over song of flame for higher end content like raids or dungeons or is there a better build for that? Because I assume most lfgs will still demand a well
You can definitely still use well of radiance with this set up - however with the recent nerfs to it this season I’d still recommend song of flame since you still can give yourself and your teammates improved ability regen and damage resistance. Stacking this build with another teammate that is running a well might be a really great way to go!
@@DrNuGGeTPoUch Since most damage phases still dont do much damage to the team i would probably prioritize Well of Radiance over this and since well buff is now active even when you leave the well i'd still probably use well and just place the healing turret at the well to let people go in and out with more ease if they have to. If you have two warlocks the second one could prbably use song of flame.
You can def do that - the only reason I’d prefer recovery is for pure survivability - but you could def go intellect instead here to get that super more often!
Didn’t see the need to heal anyone there. Show this is content that actual needs teammates to be healed, like GM Excision. Completely pointless healing in this video since no one was even taking damage here to heal them in the first place. You were shooting heals at full health teammates. Why? Probably better just to DPS here instead of dropping all those heals for no one that needed them.
Tbh Ember of Benevolence is a huge buff since it regens everyone’s abilities in the healing rift, or healing grenades for like 6 seconds every time they are healed by you, so it definitely helps in like strikes or 6 man stuff like legend dares or raids
