Uno Svenningsson is a Swedish pop singer-songwriter and guitarist, who has been active in music since the late 1970s. He was the singer in the pop group "Freda'" in the early 1980s and early 1990s, and the group had hit songs like "Vindarna" and "Det gör mig så lycklig".

Agree and his voice one of a kind. I did't listen as much in the 80th to his band Freda thou they was religios. But then he make a duett "Hjärtats ödsliga slag" whit Eva Dahlgren and I couldn't stop listening. His voice his voice his voice 🎉. In this season of Så mycket bättre I really like Tomas Andersson-Wij's version of Kikki Danielsson God morgon. I recomend more of Uno Svenningsson, "Under ytan" "Vågorna", Eva Dahlgren, "Ängeln i rummet" "Du" "Gunga mig" "Vem tänder stjärnorna" with the Swedish/Hollywood actor Stellan Skarsgård in the video. Also more covers of Tomas Andersson-Wij and his own music. Love his song Hälsingland which is my homeland in Sweden.

Watching theese one after another and it hits me, someone probably already explained but just incase. The artists are performing their own renditions of the artist chosen for the day. Enormously big show in Sweden with many years. (As my favourite: Här kommer natten" and several from Darin.😊

Uno Svenningsson has a very special voice and to me it makes his singing very emotional no matter what song it is. I first heard him in his band called Freda in the 80’s. I’ve only seen him live once with Patrik Isaksson and Tommy Nilsson when they toured together as a trio. Lot’s of 80’s-90’s nostalgia with their combined songs. I waited afterwards and got a talk and photo with them. Very lovable people. I don’t renember what year I saw them but it’s possible they decided to tour together after competin in Melodifestivalen 2016 together. They never made the final but I liked their song.

I'm a metal girl, but this guys voice has had me totally captivated since the 80's. Totally unique. You should watch some videos from his album "Om möss och människor " ( about mice and men) Gorgeous voice.
