I think they should add a leaderboard rankings, and show rank points on global elite ranks only, that would make matchmaking much more fun enjoyable and lastly more competitive.
Because Valorant took a lot from CS:GO it would not be a bad idea to take small bites out of Valorant, like the menus, or the ELO in normal CS2 you're mentioning
I hope this means we can also select skins to use for every weapon (including shared-slot items like the deagle and R8) for modes such as Arms Race and Danger Zone. Right now, only one of the items can have a skin at a time.
The loadout stuff is nonsense for me. It takes weapons that are already meme-buys/off-meta weapons, and will completely remove them from the game. Only way this makes sense is if they're introducing big changes to make all guns viable or introducing a lot more weapons in general. "But you can equip both m4s/Deagle and R8 at same time now!" Why not let us do that without taking away the other guns?
it brings a whole different element to the game, ie. i will ONLY use the mag-7 when holding banana on inferno other than that i wont have it in my arsenal.

@@evolvedHE its almost as if you didnt fully read my comment. the element of not only preparing a map with strategies and what not, but what weapons to bring to a specific map that benefit specific positions and situations. if you think CS is only about individual skill then all of this is way over your head anyways.
i LOVE the idea that you can switch around guns like that but I hate the look of the valorant menu SO MUCH, it just looks so plane and you cant even see the skins on the gun in the menu
glad we can have m4 and m4a1 at same time but this is going to kill weapon variety in matches. also will negatively impact prices of skins for less used weapons... since most people will just run the "meta" weapons
I hope there will still be a shuffle option for skins and music kits. I have about every music kit there is and i love that i have a different one every game without changing it myself.
Tbh the loadout looks more like pubg than valo and it's a good thing and the buy menu is much better to use that way. Valve did a Uno reverse on valo and I'm glad they're taking the good things from valo too.

Also i said it looked more like pubg than valo if you took the time to read properly because of the guns and util icons. ngl some people are just way too conditioned by the god awful buy-wheel that they think a regular buy menu that practically every other game has means its copying valorant
and to be honest, the wheel is terrible, we just got used to it, i remenber in 2013 i was having a bad time trying to understand the wheel after getting out of cs 1.6 to the new buy system, molotovs were a nice addition tho
I think it's the neon-ish theme with the sell weapons thing that makes it very valorant like. I kinda like it but it doesn't sit right with cs. Sadly the 5 weapon selection kinda killed it to me cuz there are so many weapons I unironically love that I'll have to take them away in favour of the metal, let's see if they take it back maybe
One question though... we all know that Glock and usp are the starting pistols for either team, can we change this equipped loadout and not keep these two pistol or is it a must to equip them by default?

you could buy 5 weapons per pistols and rifles anyways and 6 for heavy weapons category and there are useless weapons such as bizon in that category, so this actually creates a more flexible ground.
Because Riot's balancing sucks ass. Just look at Split, they removed it due to many reasons, one of which was it's too broken for Jett. And when they brought it back, guess what? It's still broken for Jett.
@@riko6831 I mean literally broken. I don't play Valorant anymore, but there were certain A spots that only Jett can updraft and get clipped into, and those same spots remained when they brought Split back. No idea if they patched it by now tho.
I don't understand why they complain when valorant was not the first to put that store system, rouge company already had that type of store and they didn't say anything and in 1.6 the store of that style was already inside the game
People hate the square buy menu. They dont realise the round one was made for controller since valve wanted it on xbox and previous cs games has had square buy menu
this is good change, i rarely buy 2/3 of the guns yet some guns I really like share a slot, maybe 5 is a bit too few but I like the idea, and having all options visible at once in the buy menu makes it way easier to decide what to buy
@The Real Cat of 2020 fr fr... the only people i've had argue with me over this are clearly people in lower ranks. they dont understand the nuance of every situation and how the fire rate and long range accuracy of an a1s can benefit over an a4, ie. dust 2 long
Idk if its just me but a lot of these changes seem unnecessary. Ima miss the wheel a lot but im sure ill get used to it. Also i kinda prefer the rustic look of the environment. I mean... most of these maps are in unclean locations. Itd be weird to see mirage with a perfectly mopped floor outside right next to dirt and debris. All in all, Im VERY EXCITED
i dont under stand how this neu buy menu makes people think about valorant just because of the style but alot of people dont know that valve wanted to get back with the menus from 1.6 beta just search for it and u will find out the beta cs 1.6 buy menu isnt exactly the same but its almost the same
@The Real Cat of 2020 the thing is, i argued with so many people about this and you'd be surprised to see that every fuvking one of those use niche weapons unironically. Like wtf, i barely remember the last time i used anything else besides ak/m4/awp/scout/mp5/mp9 and on pistols t9/usp/glock. I know, some use p250, cz, deagle which is fair, these are popular pistols, but if that's your style, you won't be using the other ones. For the shotguns, again, mag or xm are pretty used, so that depends on the player. Galil on certain scenarios maybe, famas fuck that shit. The real problem we should ask ourselves is how is this gonna apply in soloQ. Everybody will have preferences, the game could possibly be already lost because some players on your team don't fit specific loadouts or too many play the same loadouts. Like in LoL, you can't have more than 2 players on one lane, it just depends. That would be the real problem, not the limited choice.
Its such a bad change tho, what is the benefit of limiting gun variety? Some guns will never even be looked at after this update and even while i basically never use a pp bizon there are still some games where i still go for it for just for the sake of it. i hope they back down on this
They are doing this for another future update when they'll be adding more weapons allegedly. Otherwise, if it stays the same and the weapons don't change, i agree, it's useless. But imma say one thing, i don't agree with some of you on the internet who keeps arguing in favor of all weapons. You might miss like 4 weapons max from the top of my head, which some of them will be a preference from player to player, but this is just funny when i see somebody unironically advocate for useless weapons, mediocre at best. Why do you need anything else besides mp9/7/mac, ak/m4/galil, awp/scout, usp/glock/p250/t9/deagle? Do you want to troll the game? Unless you are a pro with every weapon and even then, you would know better than using those. It's just whining at that point, like bizon it's your favorite weapon or sum, laughable.
