An electronic customer purchase transaction takes seconds. An electronic customer refund transaction still takes 7-10 business days.
@FrankS111
The problem is leaders don’t promote change through their leadership but force it on others just by saying “to do it”
@toddw8396
The Diner example of employees that ARE NOT empowered to help the customer can be seen everywhere today. Without empowered employees, customer service doesn’t work.
@eddieds312
What happens when adaptability collides with an indestructible routine? You get a toxic work environment
@tscoff
Ask how many executives at companies that aren’t agile think their companies are agile. There is a disconnect between the perception of executives and the perception of the employees.
@snopure
Sometimes it's not the worker but the computer POS that is inflexible. If the POS has no option for it, and the company has a policy, you can't do it. Even restaurants have computerized points of sale now.
@lukevarel417
Translation: we want you to wear several different "hats" or "roles" they call it but only want to pay you one lousey salary instead of several different types of ways to compensate said employees...
@jpopcorn1273
How about showing up on time and not calling in sick
@tonyspinelli9562
DEI (didn’t earn it) is the problem
@jacobstocks
Unexpected passing of a family member holding a key position in the family business - I learned to adapt and so did our team. It was the option in order to continue on with our livelihood. We miss him every day but he taught us well and had it set up that we could adapt to this sudden change.

This is so true and sorely missing in young people entering the workforce lately.
@brentongreen2450
Let’s be honest here Ken. Change results in people wearing many hats and/or company downsizing. What are people getting paid for the change? How is the company being loyal to people as they were with the company before growth and change? The problem is Ken you are a part of the employers perspective. Companies no longer value their most important asset - employees. So do not complain when there is not enough employees in the work force or change to small companies , government, or education (elementary to high school) employment; I can no longer say higher is safe. So Ken let’s look at thing also from the employee side and stop being slanted in one direction.
@nicrfe
If you don’t know what agile means in the modern business context you should probably google it before filming yourself taking about it. It’s a very specific concept.
@cjmedia1725
With technology and the rate we’re progressing I 100% agree- adaptability is a key trait. We gotta roll with the punches. I learned this working with students in education for years.
@demetriadavisboyd7060
I'm 53. Had to learn to adapt. Plan on making a change in 5 years.
@jaredbridge122
Such good stuff here.

Well that was 9 Minutes of nothingness

Thats one way to look at it. What I see is that most changes are NOT improvements and they do not make anything better, they just make things different. Fixing things that are not broken in order to have something to do makes some People feel important or maybe usefull?
@BirdDogey1
What is Coleman"s background that gives him insight into economics?
