I'm 68 years. I did excessive exercises to help reducing blood sugar since I'm diabetic type 2. Due to that I got the heel pain in my left leg only and cannot walk properly. Unfortunately I had to stop doing it. This happened 2 months ago until I find you Caroline, Now I feel better everyday but I still cannot walk properly. I still cannot determine if this will be gone and will return to walk properly since I'm 68. Thank you I will keep you posted.
I am a 52 year male. I recently started suffering from heel spur in my left leg. The pain used to be so intense that I was hardly able to take a few steps, though I am otherwise quite fit. But then I tried these exercises and one of them (the one with the book) worked like an absolute charm. The pain just disappeared over a few days after doing it a few times a day. Okay I have to say that this little routine blew my mind! I have been suffering lately with such a terrible bruised feeling in my one heel. I found your video and decided to give it a try. The minute you started having us stand on our tiptoes, within about four lifts, my heel pain was gone! Honestly totally amazing! Thank you and glad I checked out yours!
Wow, I have been in terrible pain with plantar faciitus with arch and heel pain for the last 2.5 years. The heel pain has increasining gotten worse in the last few months and podiatrists and physical therapy hasn't really solved my issues. Doing this routine just once has made my heel pain disappear. I'm not kidding. It's seriously a miracle. I will continue doing this every day, and maybe twice a day to strengthen my feet and calves. Thank you for your help. Caroline, you are magic. My heel pain has gotten so bad over the past six months that I was afraid I wouldn't be able to walk or jog for exercise anymore. I've been doing these exercises for the past week, working them through my day and especially in the mornings, and the heel pain is almost gone. I know that a lot of my pain stems from a very weak and unstable ankle that never healed properly after a fracture, so I'm going to do your ankle rehab, too :). Thank you!
After 9 months of plantar fasciitis pain, reflexology, podiatry, $600 orthotics, physio, chiropractic, exercises, vitamins etc, these exercises worked within a few days. I also realized that my left leg is much weaker than the other due to a toe injury 20 yrs ago! So, I am doing more of the exercises on the left. Thank you for such a simple effective solution. ❤
Thank you for this wonderful video. I am having my dance performance tomorrow and I got my heels bruised. These exercises have really helped in easing the pain.
I Cant believe you healed me I been suffering from heel pain for over 2 years I been bed-bound this mouth I did it for 5 min yesterday and the pain is not as bad today I am here to watch the other half today i been running for over 25 years I thought I never get read of it thank you so much.
I've been doing these exercises for a week and I now experience so much less pain during walking and standing! not to mention that I can now raise my toes freely which was not an option when I tried it for the first time :) thank you so much❤

OMG!!...I couldn't stop laughing at myself trying to get my toe and the rest to move at a different time. I'm going to work hard at this as I really want to get rid of this heel pain of mine for good.
I've had the same experience. Bizarre as I watch this lady and think how do those toes do that? But day two,as uncoordinated as I am, my toes are remembering what to do! Look at archillies stretches too.

What is the trick to the toe exercises? I can not get my big toe to go up and other down. I concentrate and it doesn’t work. The only way the big toe goes up by itself is for me to hold the other toes down. I promised myself I would figure this out, but i need help. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you so much.
Hey thank you for this video. I do feel better. This year I have noticed more pain. I am aware of plantar fasciitis because my husband has it and I always help him by massaging his feet. But now i’m Struggling with mine and i’m Hoping I can prevent getting that. I’m sensitive with my feet. So getting hurt there really bothers me. That’s where tickling should happen, not getting hurt. Also I have wood floors. I’m always switching out shoes, but I don’t feel like it’s enough.
Thank you. Not sure if I can do the thing with toes. I had bunyon surgery years ago. Left foot now almost fused together at bone. Right foot keeps developing callous in middle of foot. But I will do as much as I can to help heel pain in left foot
Hey I have this fascia all running from my feet to the neck, due to various wrong posture. Will it help with that too... Since my feet and ankles and heal hurt while trying to press the points.
My feet are so rigid i can barely do these. Its a wonder i can even walk. Ive always walked with a lumbering gait too. Heel pain has felt like the bottoms of my heels are bruised or like their's a needle piercing the back of my heel. Worst part is im only 35. Well ill keep practicing anyway
Yes I am also not admitted such method.Since in India we are worshipped with Gad of Saraswathi . Please avoid this method in future. In all other respect in good and easy to adopt by everyone.. Thanks 💐💐💐
