Welcome to knee strengthening exercises level 1 to help you get rid of knee pain now. this video is part of my 3 part series to help you re-align and strengthen the muscles around the knee for injury recovery and injury prevention. You will need a foam roller or a pillow for this routine. As always get approval from your doctor or PT before doing this follow along video. You can show them this video in advance for permission, I have SO many doctors recommending their patients to my work now which is amazing because they are helping their patients use movement as medicine! Thank you so much for these amazingly helpful videos Caroline! It was really uncomfortable for me to stand even to just make dinner and climbing stairs felt like Everest. After 4-6 weeks of doing your videos every other day (mostly level 1 and a few level 2) I feel SO much better and more stable/stronger. You’re the best!

Thank you so much Caroline🙏🏾This is what I have been looking for! I have had knee pain for years and I know specific knee exercises is what was needed. I was in physical therapy several years ago because of a knee injury and I'm sure I aggravated it even more with the high impact cardio I was doing. At 65 years old I no longer do that high impact aerobics anymore so the pain is much lessened. Thanks again and keep of the great work you do.😃

Thank you! I'm so out of shape. I was in the hospital twice last year and lost so much muscle and strength. They should have released me and sent me to PT. Instead I got so weak my kneecaps stopped tracking! I did a lot of PT this past spring but I fell out of the habit and now I'm back to weak legs/ 😢😅 This video is so helpful! You are awesome! ❤

Thank you Caroline! As a competitive cyclist I have long neglected proper strength and conditioning for too long. Unfortunately I have a couple of niggles in both my knees, but I'm going to stick to carrying out exercises like you demonstrate so well and work through it!

Had a quad muscle tear about 5 weeks ago, working with PT and he totally approved of these exercises to start strengthening the quad now that the muscle is healing up. Thank you so much for giving me a good option for between PT strengthening exercises!

I have a really arthritic knee that I need to have replaced and I did your knee strengthening exercises Level 1 and 2 and this is really what I need and I will continue doing them until my surgery to keep my atrophied quad stronger. Thank you so much Caroline!!👏🏻❤️

one at a time is best. You can do these exercises daily, but always consult with your health care team for personalized recommendations
