I thought the same thing! 😂😂I used to dove hunt with my dad and grandfather but I didn’t shoot. I was just a little girl and my grandfather hated me going with them. Well that just made me want to go more. After all I was a daddy’s girl and he couldn’t say no. Dove breasts are delicious!

Michelle Kee why would someone waste their time replacing a Ford engine ? If a ford goes that bad make up for your purchase mistake and replace it with a GMC or Chevy. Ford had good engines prior to the 2000s.

I gaurentee the anti hunters are not as bad as ive seen here in ny. I live in the city and im an avid hunter and you would not belive how insane some of these activists are. You dont like me hunting dont watch, its not illegal yet when we are violently assulted for shooting a deer to fill our tags the cops bend the knee to them and either ask us to leave or thoroughly inspect all our equipment looking for a reason to arrest us to appease them. These people need to grow some thicker skin. Seriously they are utterly pathetic excuses for human beings. I dont need to say it you already know

Born in Decatur, TX in "52...raised by a country boy Baptist pastor and hunting and fishing was our time as father - son. Raised my own two boys the same way and they are raising there's that way now. So good to see you and Amber doing the same. I agree with you guys that the only good snake is a dead snake when it's near my abode. Y'all keep it up....only been a subscriber for about two months but am blessed by your content...and am impressed by how you are pressing onward after the loss of River and continuing to love and raise your kiddos in the nurture of the Lord. Granger, when I go dove hunting I will always carry a pistol called the judge. I usually carry .410 special load just for snakes. comes in quite handy when need it. and it can also shoot .45 colt as well. one of my many versatile firearm.

Granger has made me laugh so hard these past two episodes! I love tea!! Lincoln’s laugh is adorable & he’s so smart! Amber showing the gifts was precious! I just started watching y’all today Palm Sunday & really became addicted to y’all! So sorry about y’all’s son:(.. love y’all’s music & a great Christian family:). I am a 78 year old Grandma & Great Grandma. I lost my son who would have been 58. He passed on July 17 2019. Still hard dealing with it but will see him someday as he is in Heaven:)

Funny I’m a city boy born and raised in the city. I hated it . I moved to a small town in Loveland Colorado. It’s was great back in the day but now it’s to big. I alway had a good week ethic . I was on my own at 14 on the streets. I learned to work hard for the thinks I wanted. I have a great wife and kids and grandkids. The best times in or live we’re in farming towns or living small towns. I learned a whole other work ethic in small towns..

#YeeYeeNation I was just talking to guy in the office this morning about opening day of dove season. Out all my hunting memories, I can always think about the opening day hunt with buddies which will instantly bring a smile and laugh because that day is full of shenanigans and *EVERYONE* gets their limit....Everyone! When I was round Linc's age, my dad and grandpa turned me onto fresh dove for breakfast with eggs. Grandpa would season the dove with a special rub recipe he got from a man that use to run a bbq crab restaurant down in Port Arthur which made them taste even better! The best thing about rattle snakes....a dead one sure does make a pretty pair of boots...western diamondback grey or black on white is my favorite color (if anyone wants to get me a pair) 😂! #YeeYeeNation 🇺🇸💪🏼 #LiveLikeRiv ❤️🦋🎈

Father and Son trips like that are priceless. He will remember that for years. There is nothing wrong with protecting your family and clearing the rattlers from your farm!!! We would do the same thing our neighbors are fairly close and I would not want our horses, chickens, dogs or grandchildren to encounter one!

Mad respect for you telling the truth about killing your rattler. You have a family and you need to protect them, your dogs, your chickens, and that cute goat you helped. Mad respect. Course, I'm a country girl. I know where the beef and pork chops come from. We always had a freezer full of 'venison, sometimes elk, sometimes elk and bear made into sausage...so very good!! Fresh veggies from the garden, fresh eggs from the chickens and fresh milk and home made butter too. We froze, we dried, we canned any and everything we could. What’s funny is I was about Lincoln’s age when my neighbor shot a rattlesnake. I remember being scared to go back in the woods. Then I saw one in our garage and realize they aren’t just in the woods.

But I had to comment for the first time to say you guys are shining a bit brighter these days. Especially you Granger.
