Yes, great video. I’ve been with Spark for about a week now. I just recently accepted about a day ago and come to find out the order was fulfilled but still on my offer list. Yes, these Walmart associates will take forever to deliver to your car. I have cars come and go as I wait for my order. It’s so frustrating. I don’t like the fact when Spark offers an order within the app it says order must be delivered in 15 minutes but the associates don’t being out the order another 30 minutes after the fact. In my area the incentive is three trips for $30. Ten trips for $80 and twenty trips for $160.00. I crossed that milestone today. Thank GOD for Spark. It is slow in my area, however, I did go for one official week of work. I really enjoy your videos Leo. I appreciate you for knowledge. GOD bless.

Yes this is the only issue with spark besides no instant pay. But lately they have only been taking like 2 mins to come out maybe ppl complained or they got in trouble so hope it stays this way lol great video 💪🏼💪🏼

It's very inconsistent, some stores will bring it out, others you have to go inside, sometimes you have to do shopping too, which just takes up even more potential earning time.

Im on the outskirts of rural and suburbs. I take them as they come, shopping too- I actually prefer those. My only rule is that I keep it to one Walmart per day. There is 11 miles between the 2 stores I work at. I make much more taking them as they come rather than trying to use strategies from RU-vid. It may have to do with the location. I can go as fast as I want and never stuck waiting. Just a side gig for me, I enjoy it.

I am a 10 minute wait time maximum. No exceptions. I once waited just to see how long a fool could wait on an "in progress" order. At 1 hour 27 minutes and only 4 cars in the parking lot I finally gave up. It was only 19 grocery items, of which I could have shopped myself in 15 minutes, but walmart never got it done.

Love spark but those batch orders though! Yeah I did a few and after watching this and thinking about it. Not worth it. The tote idea is great. I can't wait to upgrade my vehicle I currently have a Nissan rogue sport I have a shopping cart that helps me wheel up things when I have a lot tonsavevme from making multiple trips. I do other apps too(IC, Shipt,UE) but spark is my money maker! Single mommy of 2 boys it helps so I can be flexible for them and our appointments, vacays, etc.

I love their shopping orders. Way better than Shipt!

i went on a spark ride with my friend he had a foldable wagon he would deliver the whole delivery with one walk to the door. i was surprise how much stuff you can fit in that wagon. he would put it on the side walk so he did not to jump curb and just filled it up.

my mom is a driver and theres other drivers in our small community and they dont give her the come first, first serve orders option..it just goes to other drivers and not her.. we have a 97-100% acceptance rate..we been here about a month or so.. today when we were there we waited 3 hours and not a single order came in for us till later..then when it did come, we had to sit around for a while because the order was just then being fulfilled.. it was like 30 min or so and they still didnt have it ready.. she got impatience and canceled and signed off for the day.

My walmart. They will make spark drivers wait until all most 30 min. They know u can cancel after 30 min wait. I believe the manger is telling them to do this. They give the regular customer come first and then spark drivers. I try to stay away from spark because of this.

This is the pros of small size "Shop" orders. As soon as you get to the store you can start.

I have to laugh when well intentioned folks post videos on YT complaining about 10 or 15 minute wait times for Spark. I waited over 2 hours yesterday afternoon before calling support and cancelling the trip. This was after an earlier 2 order batch, where I waited over one hour for the first order, and had to cancel the second order, because the loaded first order had cold stuff, and I couldn't wait for the second order. I got $2.50 for the 2 hour wait. I've been doing Spark for the past 7 months (over 200 trips) and I've never waited less than 10 or 15 minutes for a curbside pick-up. Thanks for the video.

The problem with changing zones is that you can lose your incentive pay by switching zones

I take batch orders all the time. $38.42 for 2.7 miles and it took me an hour. Good pay!

Yesterday I had to wait 45mins. Then gave up and unassigned that order. This is the 2nd time. I'm pretty much going to blacklist that particular Walmart for a few months until they get there sh*t together.

I love Walmart Spark. My method is accepting orders that pay at least $2 per mile and, the most batch orders I will do is up to 2 stops and I don't mind the shopping if its a small order.

As soon as I pull up and confirmed that I have arrived, I get out the car and approach one of the workers after they load up another vehicle and about to go into the store to let them know that I’m here for spark delivery and give them my name and they tell me that they’re going to go pick it up for me and bring it out. I’ve learned this after I sat and waited last Friday for over an hour. Never again.

In my zone it’s always slow , hardly no orders to many drivers not enough Walmart workers , I would have to take about 12 orders in order make $140 smh I think spark should pay for the entire order accepted if you have to cancel because of wait time not just $2.50 to cancel

It’s getting bad to me! Because we r barely getting 60 dollars a day. Waiting on the system to give u an order. We don’t get to pick orders. They give them out and u might get an order at the top of the hour and u might not. I don’t understand what’s going on and I have call and they r not being honest about what they are doing on there end. They make up excuses about the system. I definitely over the nonsense

I started about a week ago. I once waited 2 hours for a batch order. Since it was late and all drop offs were in my area so I waited and then they got it out and I delivered. But today I would've met my minimum quota of 150 with my first two runs. I finished the first run and went to another store to pick up my next batch and they had me waiting over an hour. I had to cancel that order and then pickup other orders from a different Walmart. Honestly the hold up is causing me lost of money. I would've easily pulled in over 700 bucks in the last 3 days I worked if not for the hold up with the waiting and then having to do cancellations because of the wait times being 30 plus minutes to hours for one order or even a batch that only has 4 to 5 orders and marked as ready for pickup in the app. Only to find out it's not ready. Then I had someone take the sticker off of a 35 dollar order and put a different sticker on the item and give the item to another person. I called in to find out why it was taking so long when the associate told me he was going in to get it only for that same associate to tell me what his co- worker had done. I was pissed.

I did 19 batch drop for 72 bucks the other day. Only took me about an hour 30.

Tbh the wait time sucks, don’t waste your time. If you see barely anyone or even no one in the reserved spots CALL THE WALMART NUMBER and tell them you are the for a order or 2 and they will “ check you in “ that way you’ll be up next to have your order out to you. Im being honest it’s alot faster ive done over a 100 deliveries and made 1000’s of $$$ doing this it works yall 🤷🏼‍♂️ just how you approach and do it
