I’ve been so curious about Alive - there’s a new gym opening in my town and they’re having a $1 sign up , so I’m taking this as my sign to get back in the gym!

So good you’re getting back into it. Word of caution though don’t forget to check the clause in the contract though, some gyms who do this, have a clause that you can’t cancel for 12 months, if tours gym doesn’t have that good to do 💪🏾

Haha I'm listening to this in the background as I workout with the Alive App. I'm a pilates teacher and dancer and fully capable of making my own gym plan but I LOVE the alive app. As a pilates teacher I wish the warm up and cool downs were better sequenced. Like I wish there was a better flow/transitions. But that's me being nit picky from my very specific point of view. It's such an amazing app for beginners and beyond ❤

ahhh! i’m so happy that you’re loving Alive!! I literally swear by it! you are killing it!! OMG yes! it has kept me consistent, kept me excited to work out and I feel like i’m never lost in the gym anymore! I have been loving the new update too!

Great review! I had to know what you think about it even though I have been using this app on and off for 2 years lol. I am glad they are making that update, I recently submitted a review asking for it. They use to have it before to where you can select alternative exercise before you start for the day, but for some reason they took out the feature and put it when you scroll down like you showed.

I love my fitness center at my apartments it has heavier dumbbells and a bench. And a couple cardio machines. I am grateful for it and it helps save money 💰. Thanks for another video Morgan!! This is great appreciate your review I been wondering about her app for awhile.

I tried the Alive app after your review & just wanted to call out to my fellow Android users that the Android version is sooo incredibly glitchy. It's unfortunate because the workouts are great and I really enjoyed the program I did over the last week but I had issues with force-closing and resetting the timer / back to the first workout if I switched screens to change my music or whatever. Additionally, the Program Schedule for every single program shows as blank. I did reach out to support and all they could say was that they were aware of the bugs and are sorry. I would give it another chance but I can't pay monthly for a broken app. 😭

Great results! Your videos have helped me so much on my journey and I feel like I finally have a much healthier mindset towards food and exercise. I eat foods I love and only do exercise I enjoy and am still seeing results. It's great to see how you change and adapt your routine too. Your channel has helped me so much 🫶🏻

Great video! Thank you for the review! What did you think about the Gains by Brains programme and app? I jus finished one of Natacha Oceane and the app and I loved it. You purchase de plans and then it never expires, is not a suscription. It also comed with a PDF talking about rest, nutrition, etc. You would like it! 🥰

I've tried a ton of different workout apps and the Alive app is my favourite! It's truly all you need and it's so affordable too, it's just great.

Alive looked so good and the price is awesome. I’m currently doing an online trainer so that I can speak to a real person, I’d noticed with Alive that it follows basic wants and needs for your basic person which is normally good! But for me I don’t actually need to build my booty. And lot of the basic one size fits all programs focus on what’s trending. So when I gain more education on what I need to do to recomp my body the way I need to I’ll switch to Alive app because it’s definitely a great program.
