I believe Aston Villa have first refusal as we sold him to Hull City under certain stipulations. I was surprised when we let him go a little. He had a very strong preseason. But I don’t think Unai fancied him. Don’t know if we’d even want him back. He’s a good player though, and will have a good career.
I’m not even a Villa fan, but I watched their preseason, and I’m not lying when I say he was their most impressive player and was also confused why they instantly sold him…he’s a quality player
@@jkjkISHIM Yeah he was great in preseason, he had a strong preseason the year prior and we loaned him. We have so much in his position group though. We got a good fee selling him to Hull. But I know there’s a first-refusal for us so we’ll see.
@@CoachJones15 Not sure its a first refusal, from what I understand Villa have a £15m buy back if theyre in the same division as Hull, and if other clubs make better offers, they would have to match that offer and it would have to be accepted by Hull (I.e. If Everton bid £25 mil, Vila would also have to) and then Phillogene would still be able to deliberate over contract offers
@@MP-yg7wq Yeah I wasn’t completely sure of all the details. But that is essentially what a first refusal is. But you’re right, it’s not just as simple as Villa get “dibs” on him no matter what 😂
He was a Villa academy player, Emery wanted to keep him in the squad the season just finished but he wanted first team football, reports saying Emery is desperate to bring him back this summer
Agents get players way more money and better contracts than the player could possibly negotiate on their own. If you think agents take too big a cut that's fair, but they provide a real and important service
As a football agent myself. We all send transfermarkt and RU-vid highlight reel of players to sporting directors and coaches. This is what they ask us to do because it is an easy way to see career stats and see the gist of the player. I know it’s funny, but it’s just the way it is today😂
Marcus Pedersen(current Norwegian international) is signed on what was Mino Raiola's agency, the best of the best. So I got a feeling Enrique is just acting as middle man/third party agent which makes it even more embarrassing. He's the equivalent of a call center guy trying to sell bibles on the phone or in this case thru Instagram.
Anyone watching Zealand for the first time ever via this video will be utterly confused by how there are 46.9K subscribers.. there's channels with only double-digit subs with better setups than this! 😅
First off, finally Hull City get a mention on here. Secondly Philogene is a good player but man, he's selfish and seems to think he's gods gift after that goal. Hopefully someone takes him off us soon
