Thom Yorke is finally becoming happy and content with his life, and some people on this thread seem to resent that. I've been a Radiohead fan for 20 years and I like the new Thom. I feel much happier myself these days too. It's called growing old.
As an old Radiohead fan its funny watching this since Thom used to hate the very idea of every doing anything like this. Look forward to the movie. The old Suspiria is pretty good!
i think he realises the draw he has to events like this, so given that he did the soundtrack and he wants the film to be a success for them as a result - sometimes you just gotta play the game.

Life is all about new experiences, it's great to see Thom living it and the most important thing is that he is happy. Fans complaining should know that the last thing Thom or Radiohead would want is to tell them what to do.

@@Insidia85 Quando avevo 12-16 anni sì, volevo fidanzarmi con Thom e sarei morta di gelosia se all'epoca si fosse fidanzato con una ragazza italiana tanto bella, ma adesso sono troppo vecchia per queste stronzate e ho cose più serie a cui pensare. È solo che quando assisto a questa versione mondana di Thom Yorke mi viene nostalgia del ragazzo sfigato e perennemente incazzato che cantava le mie canzoni preferite nel mio gruppo preferito... Ma, per carità, se sono felici sono felice per loro. La cosa importante è che il buon Thom continui a sfornare ottime canzoni. I absolutely love the fact that Thom has found the angel he couldn't have the first time round. He was too young & insecure then but not anymore. Now he seems wise & self assured & I love that. I love seeing him happy & in love with such a beautiful woman. He must be on cloud 9 & I am so happy for him.
sometimes relationships don't last, but that doesn't devalue the merit of growth and time spent in that relationship. His first wife was the mother of his children, her importantance is irreplaceable, and the fact that he dedicated his recent works to her shows the value and impact she continues to have in his life. God rest her soul!
