thom is not rude, he just have more bullshit alert more than anybody in music history, of course it is, he is the most honest musician who wrote a lot honest music that actually reach souls, he is beautiful human being
This is probably one my favourite´s by him. And think about how late on his career he wrote it. I don´t know of any other artist that is writing such quality stuff after having been around for such a long time. ... Unless if you think of Bach or Beethoven. At least not modern bands, they have usually lost it by this time in their career. .. But no, not Thom, he just keeps on producing masterpieces. Even today.
What is communicated so clearly in this video is the craft of building a piece of music. This song is so wonderful in its simplicity and yet rich emotionally.
Thom always plays as if he does nothing special (rather is annoying), but it always IS special. He is genuine artist. This song comes straight toward, touches, even more eases my deepest point at heart. Thanks Thom, sincerly. from a poorman in Japan :)
Just perfect. His performances always touch my heart. When I listen to him singing, I feel like I'm in another place, with no time, no rush. How does he do that to me?
God bless you Maggie Bear. I went to this gig back in 2010 and it was the best musical experience of my life up to that point and has never been topped in the years since. Thom’s voice has been such an inspiration to me since early adolescence and to finally see him at Cambridge was truly a moving experience. I took loads of videos of this on my phone but then lost it in a taxi two days later! So blessed that you got so much footage and it is always here on RU-vid so I can come back and remember that special night. Thank you 🙏
