It's been about 2 years or so since I last adapted one of DemonofNowhere's stories. But when they wrote something based on Awdry's notes about Bloomer and his two observation coaches, I figured why not adapt it? And yes, I know the saloon coaches here aren't the right basis; they were of DemonofNowhere's choosing at the time they wrote the story. But I hope you enjoy it nonetheless.
James is excited about pulling a special along Thomas' branch line, until he meets the special coaches he has to work with. But James and the coaches have more to worry about than their differences when his crew forgets about his headlamp.
