I just can't express enough how much of a badass God of War Thor is. He literally send Jormungandr back in time with one strike and at the same time he shook the entire yggdrasil. World Tree in God of War is outerversal because it transcends the concepts of space and time. Thor literally wiped the entire Giant race all by himself. He is the destroyer. He is a bit weaker than Kratos but he doesn't hold back and destroys everything in sight, that's why he seems so badass and tough. He is on par with Rune King Thor in Marvel comics.

Actually MCU Thor is peak healthy masculinity and maturity. He is not an edge lord/drunk/grumpy. He is emotionally the pinnacle of what true masculinity is. Strength - GoW Thor's fight with Jormungandr splintered Yggdrasil, which is a cosmic contruct that has all the Nine Realms exist in one space, transcends time and space, and has every one of its branches and strands stretching out to infinity. That FAR outclasses MCU Thor's Ring of Nidavellir feat. Speed - Thor was proven relative to Kratos, who is able to fight and defeat the Valkyries. Said Valkyries are so fast that they can traverse the Nine Realms without the aid of the Bifrost, and the Realms are each separate space-time continuums. Durability - GoW Thor and Kratos proved comparable to each other, meaning that Thor could tank blows that are relative ho himself, who again splintered Yggdrasil with Jormungandr. Endurance - GoW Thor can survive being hit by Kratos' Leviathan Axe, which was iumbued with Jormungandr's venom back in GoW 2018. Also continued to endure blows from Kratos near the end of the game, and again, both are comparable to each other in AP. Weapons - On the surface, it may seem like Stormbreaker from the MCU is better, but this would mean to ignore the magnitude of scaling Mjolnir from GoW has, which, as I have explained, is VASTLY above anything we've seen in the Marvel movies by far. So yeah, GoW Thor gets weapons. Attack Potency and Destructive Capacity - The guy above didn't explain the context behind MCU Thor destroying the Necrosword, so we don't know where this feat scales. Nevertheless, it still doesn't change the fact about Yggdrasil transcending time and space and its strands stretching out to infinity, and Thor was able to affect this construct. Also, not to mention that Thor struck Jormungandr so hard that he sent him back in time, which was not only stated, but also shown in GoW Ragnarok. Skill, Experience, Combat - Pretty fair, I'll admit. Both Thors are seasoned warriors with thousands of years of experience, so I'd say a tie. Overall - Yeah, no. God of War's Thor shitstomps MCU Thor, no diff. He has vastly superior attack potency, speed, and durability, and aside from being relative in combat experience, is far more ruthless and unforgiving. This battle simply isn't close.
