Yeah, over all. Only a small number I disagree with. Thor v Wonder woman, Pikachu v Blanka i disagree with the winner. Batman Beyond v Spider-Man 2099 and Captain America v Batman I dis agree with how they die. Those are the ones off the top of my head that I think were wrong in either execution or facts. I am willing to give them some slack, many give them none. They are only a relative small group that must produce multiple shows in a short time while looking over decades worth of resource materials.

Thor got beat by "Death Sentry". The literal embodiment of death in Marvel. Thor killed Void Sentry, which would be amped over the Sentry Hulk fought. In Fear Itself #5, Thor states he never beat the Hulk, which isn't true. The issue was published in 2011, well after most of their fights. Anyways, Thor then proceeds to beat his ass and hurl him into space. This was an amped Hulk. He also did this after fighting amped Hulk and amped Thing at the same time.

In one comic, Thor could only lift one of its paws off the ground when it was in the form of a cat. Therefore, it is completely illogical to assume that they can calculate its weight based on its size. The rest of their research was also fairly illogical. For example: The idea that Thor can't stop WW's sword is ludicrous. Thor has fought with, against, and alongside swords for decades. He would know how to block her attacks. With regards to WW's speed being superior, I direct you to a moment in comics when Phoenix fired a telepathic blast at Thor and he reacted in time to stop it. The final math works out to Thor reacting at 3 billion times the speed of light. As per the Simple English Wikipedia: "Score is an old word for the number 20". Therefore, if ScrewAttack's calculations are to be believed then Thor is about 60x stronger than WW using one arm. So WW's weapon advantage is out. Her power pales in comparison to Thor's. And her speed is comparable to Thor's (as it's impossible to work out her exact speed from the feat you mention). Also, before you mention it, WW is weak to stabbing weapons, that does not mean that she cannot be killed by blunt force. She has also shown a weakness to divine lightning, and Thor's lightning is shown to be strong enough to knock out the Hulk (The Incredible Hulk, Annual 2001), whose tanked hits from Zeus without so much as a flinch. I personally thought this battle was cut and dry. You're welcome to disagree, but I just wanted to share my thoughts.
