Depends on who's in Asgard... If Hela,Amora and Classic Odin are involved and fight takes place on Asgard, the Asgardians will win with mid-difficulty. If on Apokalips, the Asgardians will still likely win as long as the fight doesn't go on for too long as they get slightly weaker the longer they are away from Asgard

Kratos never won a fight when he was weaker than his opponent,the only time that happened was in GoW2 against Zeus where the novel made it clear he was weaker but he had to trick him.His powers grows throughout the game,thats canonical facts and we have many statements from the novels and the lore and feats about his power growth from losing to Alrik and being in awe of Ares power to overpowering Zeus the strongest god by far
