Good review. I’ve owned most brands and I like my new 2023 Polaris 850 Ultimate. It’s a mean beast and very smooth. I’m older at 70+ so I’m more into technical riding as I’m tired of breaking bones, but I love the challenges of extreme technical trails. Moab is one of my favorite places. What an amazing ATV Polaris has developed over the years. Please remember to “tread lightly “ gang to keep the trails open and join organizations that can develop more. Happy Trails! I've got a 2022 Sportsman 570 Trail, that I've had for 1.5 years. It's been an awesome. I currently have about 2000kms or about 1300 miles and havent had a single problem with it. Absolutely love my machine. Great video!
If you DID have problems within that time frame would be concerning, a quad should last a long time ATLEAST a decade so saying it’s went one and a half years with no issues is not impressive.
2023, six months later, belt is hitting top of housing, if I didn't do a thorough inspection i would have been left in the middle of the woods with a busted water hose. The intake on the belt housing was rubbing a hole. Man!! I could keep going.
I had a 2018 570 sportsman I bought new I think it was made cheap and didn’t like battery location and the plastic throttle but I didn’t have any issues with mine but I didn’t drive it abuse either but I will say it was a great riding machine very comfortable on trails
I’ve had Honda’s,Yamaha, Suzuki, back in 2008 I think … I bought one of the first RZR’s .. biggest pile of shit I ever had. Everything broke… then I traded it for a Honda Foreman 500.. rode that for 15 years… finally retired the old girl and I bought a 2024 sportsman 570 hunt edition. Pleasantly surprised, it runs awesome and is so comfortable! So far so good, but I will say, if it gives me any shit, any shit at all, I’m shipping it and buying another Honda.
sweet machine, I had a 2014 Polaris Sportsman 400 HO, did not have any issues with it, ran and performed good. I jumped on (picking it up in a couple weeks) a Argo XR 500, I got for 7K and 3 year warranty (I live in Canada) will be doing a pick up and review when I pick it up! Good Luck with the Machine! looks killer! subbed!
Polaris does make some dumb design decisions that make you wonder about the overall build quality. An open battery located near the bottom of the quad? Belt case snorkels and wires exposed to the rear tire?
Well you bought the bottom of the line 570 that’s why no lights.. also the suspension on the base model is basic compared to the trail models. Still a great machine but it is what it is base model.
@@stevenmiddagh6265 I don’t even mind the halogens. I don’t ever use them. I was just pointing out that 10 grand for halogens seems like a rip off for people who ride at night.
Polaris has been junk for along time.. Iv met many people in northern MN who work at the factories and say the same. Growing up they would breakdown 5-1 compared to other machines on rides. Watched a brand new atv break down on the first ride.
@@primer3458 Because a lot of unsuspecting buyers are stuck buying "Made in America" eventhough its not the best brand! My neibough is an "all brands" repair shop and his yard is FULL of Polaris waiting to get repaired. He siad if it wasn't for Polaris making such a shitty product he would have to close his doors. This is where I see ir first hand! It doesn't matter how many times you reply to my comments Polaris is still JUNK! Period!
That one is made cheap it has 15 year old front shocks you can't even ride them at night because you can't see the 2021s have a lot of problems big time to bad because they were making really good quads I have had three of them but would not buy one again to bad
Everyone knows Polaris shocks are easily the best on the market. I’ve owned every main manufacturer atv and if you don’t like Polaris shocks than you don’t know atvs very well. Also it takes 5 minutes to install new headlights. I don’t know why to you that ruins the quad lmao
