I currently live in a town of 19,000 people but that’s the biggest “city” around me I live in an island and the bigger city is about 8 hours away. This has been quite Eye opening. I’ve been doing weddings, and portraits just to pay bills because I never thought it was possible to do commercial or fashion work.

There are definitely opportunities out there for remote commercial work! You just have to find a way to reach out to the right potential clients 😊

I loved your thoughts. Please continue doing this work. Would you mind do a video about using different light modifiers and how they shape the light on the model's faces differently?

Hey good stuff but from on creative to another I'd say you should invest in Lavs the audio isnt that good to be honest and I get it your profession isnt video work so hit me up and I'll guide you on how you can make it better :) super simple too!

Heya! I honestly appreciate the advice in regards to audio, but as stated in the description this was filmed weeks ago in my new studio when I was still figuring out the new setup. As I've said on what feels like hundreds of occasions, I've been investing and working on getting better audio, but unfortunately it is not my profession, photography is. If the current audio is preventing you from gaining any helpful information, then maybe this might not be the channel for you, which is totally fine. 🙂

No I really do appreciate the advice! It doesn't hurt to learn things and that's why I've spent the past few months investing and experimenting with audio. I get comments about it in many of my videos, (even when the audio has genuinely not been that bad,) so it does become a bit tiring and disheartening as many of them tend to comment in a condescending way. Sometimes I do feel I've spent too much time on it rather than focusing on the content. All good though, this video was a bit off due to my new studio. But I likely won't be recording too many videos with audio there in future.
