I have hiked through the PNG jungles. Very hard to setup infrastructure there. There's nothing but jungle mountainous terrain and leech infested rivers. Not to mention the the fighting tribes and cannibals. My party and had to carry one of my camp buddies over 40km in wet mountain jungle conditions because there is no air rescue under the canopy.

Maybe for this too Government will force the citizens to help out with GoFundMe campaigns because clearly all money and funds are for lobbies and corporations. We the citizens are burnt out from exhaustion and exploitation.
