When turning corners, before turning the corner make sure the needle comes up but not out of the material, then turn and continue to stitch. Learned this the hard way also.
I would much rather listen to Al's sage advice and coaching then a salty dawg who barks criticism and intimidates a newbie who is trying to learn the art of identifying and solving a problem.
