Hey man thank you for the video it definitely is helping. I do have a question about the spool holder my machine is a Tandy so it is identical, but the is a separate spool holder for two reels of thread. I see the video is about 4 years old and I literally got my outlaw yesterday. This must be something new.?
OUTLAW with 2 thread stand (Spool holder), some body think the original thread stand is too small when use big thread roll, so we add industrial sewing machine thread stand (with two reels of thread).
I love this machine it’s freaking amazing and beautiful but You guys need a assembly video I’m having trouble setting it up the instructions are not that good having hella trouble I’m new to this never had a sewing machine before

All OUTLAW leather hand stitchers since 2019 are 2nd generation. No big difference between 1st and 2nd generation, we just change the thread post. In 2nd generation, we use plate style thread guide, instead of thread post.
Hello, couldn’t you help me: I have the problem that needle thread can not catch bobbin’s thread. What should i adjust to fix it? The machine absolutely new, i bought it from you last week and try to understand how to sew. Video with my problem: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0N2m5Tx5x6I.html. Needle size: #120(19) thread size #20. I also tried more thicker thread and needle #200 but in this case upper thread start to “split” untwist. After i got the machine i did no any adjustments except tension (when i placed thread #20 i make tension a bit more). Please help me to adjust the machine to i can start to use it
Just got my machine and what’s confusing is your instruction on winding direction around secondary and primary tensioners is opposite the written instructions that came with the machine.
