How on earth does this podcast have such low views!!!! Sam being such an amazing host letting the guest speak, without interrupting and soaking in all the knowledge. AMAZING WORK BY SAMANTHA AND A REAL BREATH OF FRESH!AIR! Love peace and soul ❤😄
Firstly, thank you for the episode. And Sam your wisdom shines right through. I am going through something that hit me hard and I can’t tell the amount of strength I got from watching your talk, esp a clip where you said you came from not having 3 meals a day to this. But the bigger learning for me is that i was becoming a prisoner of the past, and letting that past ruin my future(self-sabotage) and this was all me. Like sir mentioned, I am only in my head all the time, and though we understand we need help, we can’t afford it. So we simply resort to pushing through. And videos like this are like therapy at no cost. Thank you for bringing this. Huge service I’d say.
The best podcast i ever watched, i used to read more self help book to know what was happening in my inner-self, why was I responding like this, im totally an introvert who does not share their emotions with anyone, hiding it like everything is normal but actually struggling to response what was going inside. The podcast helped me to identify the trauma and the way I'm responding to it and What impact that responding had on my health condition. Thanks a lot mam and I have deep admiration for you. Keep doing these podcasts it really helps .
Request to the audience 🙏 (especially autoimmune disorders people) please please please listen to these episodes very sincerely ... every word coming out of their mouths is pure practical advice 👋
Such a insighful episode. This is needed to be seen by every person as the mentioned topics would have been experienced by most people in some extent. This will help them to clarify themselves and seek for help they require. Thanks for the episode.😀
I cannot begin to say what knowledgeable episodes you are sharing. Thank you for sharing and doing this. This way of giving back is appreciated and grateful with utmost gratitude. 🙏 very valuable.
This podcast touched on topics that are so raw, so real and so important that it helped me understand myself, my life and my choices better in this 30 minutes.. Possibly the best podcast I have ever heard..thanks Samantha and Alkesh!
This is a very helpful podcast for people suffering from any type of anxiety i think. Here i saw you guys talking about the root cause of these problems, only some people who can relate to these issues will fully understand how well things were explained. waiting eagerly about the next episode. I feel the content is improving in each episode. Sometimes some part of these discussions feel like they're cut short. Even if the length gets bigger, my request is to be able to watch you guys unhindered. Samantha garu kudos for encouraging health podcasts this is much needed awareness to people 🙏🏻.

Stretching beyond self limit is a point Sam always emphasizes on. It's in her twitter bio too. Her resilience in every situation and versatile body of work is testimony of it.
Sadly, more than 90% of women in India who are affected by self limiting beliefs and guilt. Be it a child, youngster, housewife or working woman... sometimes It's not just women, but also some men are afraid of expressing their emotions in difficult situations.. All are fed with patriarchal rules, which are not 100% true and always safe. Nobody gets this level of information until they find a genuine professional and put lots of money. Each word and sentence used in this video is indeed true.
This episode is soo good & like Sam told very interesting as well. Thankyou so much Sam & Alkesh for doing this. I feel a lot more good & confident after knowing & understanding this. Having been a Science & psychology student, was able to understand & learn a lot more. And on a personal level, I now know what I am going through & what could be done to feel better. And above all, just being able to have access to this info & learn so much from the both of you is a true blessing! Thank you so much to both of you once again. Y'all are doing a great job. More power to you Sam! You are doing so well just the way you want it in your pace. Extremely happy & proud of you my girl! And Alkesh you too are doing a fantastic job! Much positivity to both of you. Keep them coming. Take 20 is just amazing. ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
I faced a very emotionally stressful time...for 9 months ...when my dad avoided me completely and stopped talking... for a small mistake. It was a manipulative tactic and it gives pain equivalent to physical pain. exactly at that time...i had a fracture and i was slightly limping. after my fracture cured...i started walking alright. But whenever i become emotional...cry...and stressed....i again start limping without my knowledge. Somehow my brain associated limp with deep emotional stress in mind. I can never forgive him for this!
Most Indians have childhood trauma due to extreme levels of parenting and it is the least acknowledged and discussed!! Thanks for discussing something so so useful but never addressed by Indians This is a blessing 🥰
The videos are very helpful and appreciate you both for sharing such helpful informations. Can you please add some info about sleep apnea and curves in tongue ? How it affects on someone with chronic disease and how to overcome?
