We see lots of actress who upload dance or random stuff. They get million million views and subscribe. On the other hand, Samantha provide us most important things in the present time which is related health. But don't get value. This is the perfect example why celebrities don't do good stuff. Sunday morning with Sam , it's really a pleasure feeling. This episode is seriously very helpful to the people who are deeply addicted to their phone and the employees who can't sleep at night , face depression and problems like anxiety and many more . In addition to that the morning routine you said , from that I am going to do the tapping method initially and then gradually I shall add the rest of the methods. Seriously Sam is doing a great job and credits goes to Alkesh too . I really love this awareness campaign. Keep it up guys ❤❤❤.

I am totally in sink with you guys, 95% of the things I am doing for myself are exactly what you talked about, but all of these, I learned, are from different sources and then trusting it and having the discipline to apply it, took me many years, congrats to both of you 👏for providing all this at one platform, i wish I had someone like you at the beginning of my journey, that would have made things easier for me and lot of my productive energy would have been used in doing other things of life instead of figuring out how to get better, but life is life and I am happy that I learned the right things 😄

This was a really introspective video, I’m glad that you guys have decided to speak about this. And I’m guilty as charged in being inconsistent with some practices that I tried to incorporate. It’s reassuring to listen Sam say she goes through the same process as well cause I’d always beat myself up for not getting it right. Thanks to the both of you :)

I love the deep insights you are always trying to give to follow in a very simple way available to start for all the common people through these series Sam. On mon and Fri- apply neem oil and wash it up with Rice porridge water after cooking rice , cool it and add sivakkai powder , beat it make shampoo On Tues and Sat- curd + neem leaves handful + little tumeric , make a paste and apply n wait for 10 to 15 min and wash it , if ur hair is rough , use the same shampoo method as said above or use sporuted fenugreek paste with sivakkai .. Thursday- castor oil 10 mins apply the shampoo as said above Handle hair gently

Glad we have ONE celebrity who genuinely wants to heal us! Alkesh sir you are an empath too like Samantha Mam and your info is great!! I am glad to find such podcasts from india! I watch tons from whites about dopamine, childhood trauma, circadian rythms, inner child etc etc.. because I had the most shittiest and messed up childhood but I couldn’t relate much from white people podcast because I could never relate fully!! But these are a blessing. I can relate and feel acknowledged!! Please make more and more about such topics of general well-being!! Thank you!!

People are very self centric and would like to keep to themselves something they gained knowledge and very few people discuss their problems openly and make sure they project both sides of themsleves and let the viewers decide which way to take up. Its so good to see you doing the series which is important in today's unhealthy lifestyle. I was looking for info on having Chicken Sandwich that has veggies in it but did not clear explanation. Not everytime will we have a chance to have a salad bowl before sandwich or even ACV.

Journaling 2.Breathing techniques 3.Meditation 4. Reducing screen time 5.before sleeping turn off all electronic gadgets ( before 30mins) Lets do this and be the best version of ourselves ❤️😀

idk why i am saying this here, but i decided to do a dopomine detox about an year ago i have so many things to do things that i love yet i scrool all day for that hit of dopomine and a digital or a dopomine detox has been on my bucketlist for about an year now but i wasnt abke to do it ....today like rn after watching this podcast i am gonna start a dopomine detox and cut out social media and other sources of unhealthy dopomine secrition .

Very informative conversation. I feel the reason why people are addicted to the phone is mostly due to reasons Alkesh mentioned.
