I am totally in sink with you guys, 95% of the things I am doing for myself are exactly what you talked about, but all of these, I learned, are from different sources and then trusting it and having the discipline to apply it, took me many years, congrats to both of you 👏for providing all this at one platform, i wish I had someone like you at the beginning of my journey, that would have made things easier for me and lot of my productive energy would have been used in doing other things of life instead of figuring out how to get better, but life is life and I am happy that I learned the right things 😄

On mon and Fri- apply neem oil and wash it up with Rice porridge water after cooking rice , cool it and add sivakkai powder , beat it make shampoo On Tues and Sat- curd + neem leaves handful + little tumeric , make a paste and apply n wait for 10 to 15 min and wash it , if ur hair is rough , use the same shampoo method as said above or use sporuted fenugreek paste with sivakkai .. Thursday- castor oil 10 mins apply the shampoo as said above Handle hair gently

Its so good to see you doing the series which is important in today's unhealthy lifestyle. I was looking for info on having Chicken Sandwich that has veggies in it but did not clear explanation. Not everytime will we have a chance to have a salad bowl before sandwich or even ACV.

idk why i am saying this here, but i decided to do a dopomine detox about an year ago i have so many things to do things that i love yet i scrool all day for that hit of dopomine and a digital or a dopomine detox has been on my bucketlist for about an year now but i wasnt abke to do it ....today like rn after watching this podcast i am gonna start a dopomine detox and cut out social media and other sources of unhealthy dopomine secrition .
