Thanks, Tim. It was hard to make the selection, but I hope I managed. The Poet's Dream is wonderful with dry vermouth, but I love it more with the sweet vermouth. Let me know if you try any of these recipes.

It tastes like honey. I did a whole episode on my Monday Dram. If you miss it, you can watch it. So, if you like Drambuie, you will 100% love Benedictine because it is more soft and mild with herbal notes.
