... thanks Joe 🙏🖖🙂; here everything is more or less fine, although in this day and age everything is rather relativized 🤷 in this regard. In any case, we hope that my sister and I will be able to sell our mother's house at an acceptable price by the next heating season, so that our mother's stay in the retirement home will continue to be financially secure. Since our mother may then give us a little money in recognition of our constant support, I might actually be able to buy my dream instrument during my lifetime, but the primary focus is on the well-being of our mother, everything else is secondary.
