The wall can be a taxing or very rewarding obstacle. We have seen many strong athletes loose a time because of the lack of wall training. Thank you for your video.
The easiest way is run then jump, then you must reach enough height such that you can use your hand/forearm to drag yourself up and then use one leg to hook. When you wear standard battle order (10 kg), you probably need to use your forearm.
Also in the army, you're taught to keep a low profile as you roll over the top. Those little walls are no challenge. The standard solo climb wall is 6ft which isn't even too hard unless you're a dwarf.
In the parkour world, 'Military style' is referred to as the gate vault. The gate vault, out of the three, is actually the most efficient and uses up the least amount of total energy since you only have to throw your body over rather than drag your whole center of mass up and over the wall. Honestly though, I would actually go with a wall pop vault over a gate vault, but out of the three, gate vault is the best.
