Love the painted brick, so much more interesting and classy that the endless rows of boring old brick of which we have hundreds of thousands. Gorgeous especially the darker one
@@lorrygeewhizzbang9521 you can see other houses on their block are already painted as well. So doesn’t seem like an American thing, but something their neighborhood already has going.
Just awful. Completely ruined the character of otherwise beautiful Edwardian facades. Paint over pebbledash and breeze blocks by all means, but not over beautiful, old red brick in good condition. It will look scruffy and tacky too, once the weather has faded it and the birds have made their mess down the side of the paintwork. I suppose that means repeat paint orders for the company though!
