I Lived In Riverton, Went to School at Lincoln JHS, & Deering High School!!! This is my PREFERRED area to return HOME!!! I used to live in Riverton Park Housing Project!!!

It's now 2022 and I'm wondering about the Covid effect on pricing and availability. Can you give and information about those concerns. We are planning to move within the next year and are probably looking at a condo or townhouse since I am retired and my spouse is a working academic.

Hi Kathy. As with most places in the country Covid saw prices increase and availability decrease in Portland and the surrounding areas. In the last couple months, we have seen a slight decrease in price at closing however inventory has slightly decreased as well.
