Three simple healthy breakfast ideas for toddlers/sugar free
Breakfast one: avocado sandwich with fruit
½ avocado mashed
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1-2 slices of bread (preferably whole grain)
Sprinkle of any seed you have (I used hemp seed)
1 kiwi
Grapes
Or any fruit you have or your child likes
Breakfast two: oatmeal
2 cups or 500ml of water
1 cup or 80g of organic quick oats (or rolled oats)
½ tsp or 1.32g of cinnamon
½ banana mashed, some chunks,
2 tsp of unsweetened natural yoghurt (I used Greek yoghurt)
Sprinkle of any seed you have- optional (I used chia seed)
Serve with any fruit you have (I used grapes & kiwi)
Breakfast three: Almond, banana pancakes
2 eggs
½ or 140g of Greek yoghurt
1 cup or 112g of almond flour
½ tsp or 1.32g of cinnamon
½ tsp or 3g of baking soda
(this batter makes 14 pancakes)
Serve with fruit of your choice
