Yes, there are some considerations to think about. A darker color suit will flatter a rounder figure than a light color suit. A brown suit would look fantastic!

Absolutely. But that's just me. A lot of this might depend on the work environment and who else is in the meeting and also your level of seniority. The one thing to keep in mind, a very very dark brown suit will probably look like a dark suit from across a table. If you've seen others in the company or industry dabble into suits other than navy or grey, I'd say go for it!

Yes, I agree. We just finished a suit for a client that is charcoal-brown and I think it's perfect for those looking for a formal suit for a conservative environment that isn't navy or charcoal. @@DEN3366

Thanks, Ryan. Glad you like the video and found it useful. I'd suggest getting them in the order I presented them in; navy-gray-brown. I had fun with the progression as I learned all this, but I did it without all the resources and information we now have at our fingertips. In other words, I had to make mistakes to figure out the progression, and that's the fun part, looking back and getting a little laugh at what I was wearing back in college, for example. I'd suggest after these three suits and a good amount of wear and mixing and matching, go for what catches your eye. Use RU-vid or Insta to find styles you like then try to replicate it. This is a safe way to progress without making too big of a mistake and wasting money. Also think about a seasonal fabric if you like somewhere with distinct four seasons. Have fun, and don't be afraid of making some mistakes along the way! Oh, and sorry the video frequency has been a bit slow, the new shop opening is taking quite a bit of time at the moment but we are getting back into the video shooting groove!
