Literally she told me growing up her VW Bug automatically stopped at all yard sales, there was nothing she could do about it! Oh my word, that fabric makes me smile. The fabric would make gorgeous curtains, especially if you have an enclosed patio area. Or make a bedspread. Or cover the bench you mentioned. Or, or, or, or, or. :) The list could go on and on.

ninaslice omg! Blowing my mind with these suggestions! Yes! Yes! Yes! It depends on how it’s broken and if it’s an easy fix. If it’s a wobbly table or chair, it might be harder to stabilize than you think. I’d pass unless it’s obvious you can fix it. And if it’s stained, has a hole etc, leave it. There’s more fish in the sea. “If it’s not perfect, leave it be” is a family motto! Lol. That said rules are made to be broken, I If you love it & don’t care, get it!!! ❤️❤️😘😘

I'm surprised you didn't get the yellow and black Chanels...I thought you would maybe use them for decor or something. And you didn't get the Leopard shoes...they looks so cute on you. The fabric is fabulous. Looks like upholstery grade to me which would be great for curtains, pillows, purses/bags, etc. Would be a great lightweight coat, a-line skirt. ... the list goes on ... what a score!

yes, some window that you can open up and the wind drifts through, and the curtains are like bit too long, so there is some light bundles on the floor so the little weight of them keeps them kind o anchored so they dont completly float, and then afternoon sun is shining and the yellow color is just amazing, and there are two yellows with stripes. No, there is three,... no, actually there is thousands of yellows because the sun casts its own on them when it travels over the horizon on its way from its morning home to its evening nest. And, then when you want to do something else with the fabric, then you still have long pieces left, because the curtains were over-long. So you can kind of just try it out as curtains. Doesn't cut your options for any future insipirations, like which I think there could be so so many. : )))

The pot socks, I died... xD It reminds me of that one time my mom bought a butane lighter in Florida that had a pot leaf on it with a little diamond... she loved it so much, we didn't have the heart to tell her, but someone from her work didn't hesitate, and she was quite mad that we let her walk around with pothead paraphernalia... xD lol I smoke pot, so not judging!

The thing about watching thrifting vlogs is that one can see all the interesting stuff but there is no danger of hauling them home. Like there is too much good stuff out there. Like I got a set of lovely chairs upholstered with a really corgeus red wine colored fabric. They were a real bargain, just could not resist. Thankfully, they stack, so I can live with them, but the stack is not the kind of "interior design element" that goes well with the rest. (I think I will just snap a picture of them, and then as a rule, if Im going to buy something in the thrift shop, then I have to look at that picture before I can allow myself to part with ANY sum of money). But yes, definetly, Im going thrifting, inspired by this video!

Some people have their pinky toe surgically removed in order to fit into high heals. Perhaps a total toe removal would allow you to fit into those Chanel shoes. Just a thought. So glad you are back .

AH! Literally my favorite place to thrift is that Super thrift store in oxnard! But right next door is the ARC thrift store which is not as big at the super thrift but I have found so many amazing pieces there, you should definitely check it out if you get the chance :)
