Biden also had the classified documents in his garage, of all places. The only reason they didn't press charges was because he was deemed incompetent to stand trial. But he is competent to be President? Give me a break.

When he failed to return the documents and even tried to deceive the government by saying he returned them all, even signing a statement to that effect, then moved the documents and tried to hide them...that is clearly the definition of wilful retention...it's illegal... Biden returned the documents he found and invited a search for more, not wilful retention. See the difference?

You're aware of course that no one knows exactly which documents were described to the public as "illegal," that has never been explained.
