You are absolutely amazing. What stores do you usually do your grocery shopping at? Do you ever stock up on water? Can you possibly do some in store grocery shopping videos? I think it would be awesome if you could show how you do your full shopping trip

Avocado oil & olive oil do oxidize with heat. Coconut oil doesn't or butter cus they are saturated

Thanks for sharing!! Yes - avocado and olive oil do oxidize more easily than coconut oil and butter when they're exposed to too much light, oxygen, or heat. That's why it's important to get oils that are in dark bottles and are minimally processed, keep them in their closed bottles in a pantry or cupboard, away from sunlight, and not heat them past their smoke point. Avocado oil has a very high smoke point. So I use it, ghee, or coconut oil for high heat cooking and butter and olive oil for lower heat cooking or to spread/drizzle on food. Both avocado oil and olive oil are mostly monounsaturated fats and are still MUCH more stable than polyunsaturated fats like vegetable oil.

Oh no... palm oil!

😱Not the most ideal, but much better than vegetable, canola, or sunflower oil. And it says on the package it is ethically sourced.

Everything thrive has I can get cheaper from azure standard or it’s junk food I don’t need. I also have been very unhappy with thrive’s customer service

First of all, thank you for watching! I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Thrive. I’ve honestly never had a problem and never have had to use customer service. Yes- Thrive does have some processed foods - a lot have healthier ingredients, but still processed. But you choose what you put in your cart. I’ve never gotten “junk food” from them. Just oils, other basic cooking supplies, soaps, and other things like you see here. But I’m glad you found something else you like!

Please READ the membership rules. Please also google the reviews, they are terrible.

I have read the membership rules and have been ordering from Thrive for 5 years now. I’ve never once had any problems.
