Hey! That's so great that your itching is gone! Getting your pH in balance can help the redness go away. It's different for different people. I can't give you an exact timeline. I have introduced the foods I eliminated and am doing fine with them most of the time. Less and less reactions and intensity of reactions over time as I'm working on supporting my metabolism and my skin topically like I shared about here. And I don't go overboard with having those foods. I introduced them slowly. Keep it up! It takes time, but you can heal it!

Hi Britt How can I treat my cracked palms and soles Fm SheriD South.Africa

It could be a sign of slow metabolism or not enough healthy fats and fat-soluble vitamins (especially Vitamin A in retinol form) in your diet. You can watch my "What is Metabolism video" here - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-90OdjXmTNGo.html or check out my Instagram page @nourishwithbritt for more on healing metabolism (I'll have more videos coming soon on that). And I'd make sure you're eating foods like coconut oil, butter, good quality dairy, beef liver, meat, and eggs with healthy fats and vitamins.

I really love Aleavia! It’s not full of junk, has prebiotics to feed your good bacteria, and keeps your pH in balance. amzn.to/3NWOMIZ

As far as I know- no. It’s caused by a virus and is short term.
