This is a video which i clean the throttle body and the iacv(idle air control valve) on a Fiat Panda 1.2 169. After the cleanning the car starts much better than before.
VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Golf, Polo, Bora, Fox, Ibiza, Cordoba, Leon, Fabia, Octavia, A2, A3.

Yes but without engine running

Just brake cleaner ok, yes. Think they do also sell a Throttle Body cleaner, but this is more for the states than UK

@@nikolaosmnk I actually really struggled with my Panda 1.2 1242cc. The Throttle body didn’t have the IACV to unscrew. It was on side of the housing with a surclip. The parts to buy are the type you show. Got really confused. Bought a cheap throttle but couldn’t find a matching IACV. And it’s the same Fire engine 1242cc.

Thank you for the video it was really helpful 🙌, I have just replaced the IAC on my Seicento , it must have been on the car from new and didn't want to come out 😒, I ended up breaking the outer plastic casing and had to carefully chip away the rest of the unit 🤦‍♂️, even the plunger/spindle took time to free, lol, all cleaned up now, new unit fitted and working perfectly 👍

Yes some of these they are really sticky that when trying get it out breaks.

This cleaning of this sensor results in reduced fuel consumption?I bought a fiat panda 1.1 2007,but after I refueled the whole tank of fuel, I saw that it was only enough for me for 200 mil. What do I do? This car looks like new on the speedometer. Only 25000 thousand miles.thank you.

Iacv is for idle dont remove it. Clean only throttle body buterfly. Replace spark plugs with bosch iridium. this engine consums fuel on high speeds

Ωραιο & βοηθητικό βιντεο! Εχω ενα panda του 2004, 1.2 (169) με τα 60hp, αλλά δεν ξέρω αν είναι ίδιο με του βίντεο εδώ. Η πεταλούδα που φοράει το δικό μου ειναι με τη ντίζα (οχι ηλεκτρική). Γνωρίζεις σχετικά? Σ ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!
