This vid is for strictly for the Jeep Wrangler JK years 2007 to 2011, with the 3.8L engine. Not 2007 to 2018, like most of the vids on RU-vid I’ve seen, they got it wrong. After 2011 they switched to the 3.6L Pentastar engine in Wranglers. A completely different engine. This vid will show you how to properly change your throttle body, and install a new one on the 2007 to 2011 engines only. Also I will show you how to perform the relearn process for your new throttle body assembly, so the PCM can adjust to the new unit. It’s fairly simple to do…

Dang it, I wish I would have done this myself. Just took it into the Jeep dealer and I got the $500+ throttle body...lucky me! It's much easier than I thought.

I did this to my 2011 jk and its still going into limp mode. I'm having the same exact issue and have spent a lot of money trying to figure it out. I came across this video with lots of confidence that this was my issue but it appears to not be. Any tips? I did the relearn process but its hard to tell if it actually activated that.
