Sam, the answer jim gave to your scientology question was not an answer but instead just a summary of some common characteristics of scientology. To answer ur question, no, the level of dedication required for base level scientology membership far exceeds the Christian counterpart. Scientology has a minimum service requirement for even the lowest level member that exceeds (or at least equates to) the time the average catholic priest devotes to the church. They want serious members. I'd go on but this is a youtube comment.
