I just found you, too! I having been throwing for about 10 months - sometimes it works; many times, it doesn't. Love your tips. Can you share what kind of clay you use? I was working with some clay from a pottery peer and it was SO dense that my hands hurt from trying to center it. Thank you!

It's not centripetal. It's centrifugal that makes things go outwards.

Great teaching video. Please drop the camera a bit. More wheel and less shelving at the top.
