Thruxton is one of my favourite tracks. I've been there in my cars, single seater cars, bikes, even my Africa Twin! But I've always been trying to figure out the lines myself or the instructor led coaching has been a quick three laps before hopping into something else. My dad kindly bought me some One-To-One coaching in a Ford Focus ST, with Sports 2000 Champion Racing Driver, Grade A ARDS Instructor and all-round good (and patient, and brave) guy Josh Law. I found it really useful and it's given me a much clearer idea of the ideal lines and passing places on this super-fast track.
