I wasn't expecting to like A Study for Obedience, but I really did. It has dark fairy tale vibes and I enjoyed the writing.

I would say that House of Doors was really good. I was heartbroken when it didn't make it into the shortlist

Ah! I love the categories you chose for the tier rankings. I loved The Bee Sting and I was completely fine with the ending :) I'm reading Study for Obedience next - I hope I enjoy it as I keep hearing so many mixed reviews. Thanks for making this video and sharing your thoughts. 🥰

Prophets Song now has an audio version and that changes the whole experience of the book. I loved it but I used the speech app on my phone to read it to me. 🍀📚☘️🇮🇪☕️📚📖📕

I feel like the audiobook would maybe bump it up a tier haha it would be nice to not have to try so hard to get into the writing style!

Yes I like tier ranking videos 😊 It's really good to hear a positive review for a spell of good things - I pre-ordered it and haven't read it yet as a lot of reviews put me off! I think the bee sting will win, or prophet song. I've read neither though!

All The Little Bird Hearts is my favourite of the books not shortlisted. However I didn’t read all of the long list. The Other Eden started well but then went off the rails . I didn’t like how it ended. I think the book should have been longer and concentrated on the fate of those on the island.
