TIFFANY'S THEY WANTED ME GONE - Didn't seem to care, NO APOLOGY 

Stayed there 2 years ago . Never again . Room smelt of wet dog . Complained and they sent a cleaner up to spray air freshener !! That was it . I could have went to the pound shop and done that myself !! Dated , dirty and dining room a shambles . Management did not care . Don’t know why it’s still open after what happened with the fatality

I went with my wife and brother in law last year and I thought it was shocking to be honest with you. It was expensive and like u say very old and tired. The receptionist was not nice either. You need to Google it as about a few later someone got electrocuted and died in the reception area . The hotel was shut for months afterwards. I feel lucky I survived my stay in this hotel.

We had the same experience with the horrible staff, we booked premier rooms...no hot water....no water on one occasion. The food was disgusting and when we complained about all of this we were told that the water was not in they're control and the food was value for money! AVOID this hotel!!!!!!!

Wow a bit shocked as I have worked in the entertainment section of the hotel a few times, as a Blackpool citizen I share your concerns, this was the place to be only 10 years ago or so, don't let it put you off coming back bro, we have plenty of lovely places here!!!

We stayed here a few years ago, and we found poo on the bed sheet, we told the staff, and there wasn't bothered and refused to give us a refund.

customer care none existent They don't deserve your hard earned cash.

That looked like a bed from cell block H...never fancied that hotel..no chance now 😳

Had my wedding reception there and spent the night there. Mind you that was over 20 years ago. Such a shame it has gone downhill.

Hotel from hell my room was disgusting the carpet was at least 30 years old, quilt ripped, shower my daughter who is very slim, couldn't even fit in it. Single pane windows with a net curtain.. the breakfast room was vile. The floors were uneven i didn't feel safe walking on them. Trust me that room you were in is like a palace compared to what they gave me

Just remembered my first stay there. Decided to have a shower before going to the theatre and had a knock on my door. Was a member of staff saying there was a leak coming from my room and I shouldn't have been given that room. I politely said that they could refund me and pay for me to stay elsewhere or fix the leak. Leak was fixed by the time I got back to the hotel at 11pm

What a shame my memories of Blackpool were amazing. My family went every year for the illuminations. My kids went also. I am now in Australia. It's very sad to see how Blackpool has deteriorated over the years.

I guess they're publicity averse at the moment after the events of last Serptember..still, absolutely no way for a business to behave. Not even speaking to offer an apology is beyond inept - and so unprofessional. Bizarre.

Don't forget Paul , that hotel in Blackpool, was where a boy died of electrocution . But as they had to close during the investigation. But they have got to now , start a very good reputation, and not to have a bad one . All the Best. Simon

Stayed here about 9 months ago, the staff are the biggest issue with this hotel.. very cold with an uncaring attitude and approach, I can’t believe this is still going on! One of the worst stays Iv had!!

Go to any of the Choice hotels . They are great. I love The Viking adults only inclusive weekends. Great service, great staff, great food, good accommodation. To be fair they are doing some refurbishment. Great value for money. They need to sort the lifts but heyho ❤can't have it all.

Hello. I live in Portugal. Here, all establishments that work with the public such as hotels, restaurants, bars, airports, town halls, schools, hospitals, etc. must by law have a complaint book. If a customer/client is dissatisfied, that person has the right to ask for the book and write a formal complaint. A copy is given to the person and the original is sent to the ministry of trade. This is an extremely serious situation and they all try to avoid this from happening and the ministry investigates each and every complaint immediately and thoroughly. Although the Portuguese are a lovely natured nation, but this book keeps everybody on their toes. Perhaps this could be an idea for the UK.

Not only was there hairs in that bed, but you could also clearly see by the creases in the bed sheets that someone had slept in it 🤦🏻 disgusting

Also found vomit on the pillow case, i complained about this and got the silent treatment from the manageress so it’s not just you mate.. it was like they was offended about my complaint, any decent hotel would go out of they was to rectify your concerns!

This hotel is a throwback to the 70s. . Any bedroom that has hair on the bed sheets is a no go for me too. I am sure any decent hotel would offer you a different room. But to get an instant refund with no apology probably has something to do with you being a reviewer,

I will tell you what’s going on, No accountability for these hotels !!! We have spent many happy times in Blackpool right back to the 60s but lately and especially since the pandemic it’s become a minefield trying to book a good hotel, I thank you for your flogs it’s saved us making more mistakes and spoilt holidays, please continue with your good honest opinions, Blackpool needs to get a grip of its rogue hotels it’s making holidaymakers holidays a nightmare.

Hi Paul, The sheets looked okay until you got closer, there seemed to be a lot of crease's in the bed. Plus hairs it makes you wonder if itcwas used before. Cannot believe the manageress didn't offer an apology, or another room that was really bad. So much for customer service.

We stayed at the Dutchman lat weekend that's quite good for the money. Nice friendly staff also.

All the hotels are maze like. I've stayed at Tiffany's. My mum and sisters room was much better. More modern. Food was great staff very helpful. This was prior to the closure for some time. 😊

Me and my hubby had our wedding reception there on 12/12/2012 and it was a perfect venue back then …fabulous staff fabulous food and the function room ‘crystal ballroom was newly renovated‘stunning’ we had a honeymoon suite included with our package but didn’t need it as we live local but did use it for quick change and a siesta but it was dated back then but in good condition! Since the little boy who sadly died last year ‘I think it happened in reception area not in a room as someone mentioned’ I think they can’t afford any more bad press! Totally wrong on how they treated you! But I think they had the deer in a headlight moment and just panicked,shame really when they could have simply bent over backwards and gave you the best experience ever…..looking forward to your next vlog 👍

I stayed many years ago and it was very nice all the bedding was pink but you had to queue up for breakfast like being at school

Doesn't sound like the room has been properly cleaned for ages with flies in the room and curlies in the bed, filthy! The poor customer service says all you need to know, sad you had a horrid experience but thank you for trying to show us a budget place. Forgot Hello from sunny (but flipping windy) Lichfield had my WKW hat on my hotel is thankfully an 8 out 10 only minor issues 😂 take care Paul ❤x

Formerly known as the Landsdowne Hotel for many years changing to Tiffany's in either late 90's or the 00's, funny you mention 70's furniture......from pictures that can be found in it's older days it doesent look like much has changed lol. That hotel was forced to close temporarily some time ago, probably in late part of last year, an exposed wire electrocuted a child and more exposed wires had been found. It seems then they didn't care either and were forced to close till safety had been somewhat improved £53 is expensive, Premier Inn (South Shore) a room can be got for £35 (Advanced) depending on when you book and how far ahead maybe too, Premier Inn (Bispham) same sort of deal also, and for the new Premier Inn at North Pier, you can get anywhere from £43 to £55 if you book at the right time. So to me what Tiffany's were charging is scandalous

I worked in the Hotel Trade in St.Annes in the 70 s believe me we were trained and the customer came first..Disgusting. I can not stand rubbish service..

I've stayed there quite a few times and only had a problem once. The bed was broke. They replaced the bed as there was no other rooms available.

Well in restrospect, i would have gone and looked,around the hotel, recorded the flies, very poor customer service, looks tacky pink from the outside, kept quiet, because they didnt want to get into a heated debate about the state of the room, as i.m guessing it wont be a single instance, of a room in that state, i would put a bad review on there page. A young boy died last year i think it was , electrocuted in the bedroom !

Prison would be an upgrade to that place , good on you for showing the people what to expect staying here , saved a lot of folk money , hope they get there act together or go bust !

This hotel in 1990 was called the landsdowne hotel. Shearings coach holidays used to use this hotel. It was nice back in 1990. Not been in the hotel since it was called Tiffany’s.

Hi not been to this Hotel but have stayed in ones that when I arrived they had not changed the bed and it was not clean the way I deal with it is to phone the hotel on my mobile and ask the boss to come up and see the room for themselves.. If they did not offer to change my room I would ask for a refund and leave but to be honest that was not a room it was a dirty coat cupboard and I would have not stayed there even if they had offered..

I was going to that hotel in September for a long weekend, thank you not going there at all

I'm going to say probably best not to say you are doing it for RU-vid but then again I would say yes it can be a good idea 💡 to tell them but first off all probably try sort it out before you say you are doing a RU-vid video... Some hotels actually live RU-vidrs and yes they have recognized me to be honest... No Matt what happens Paul I will always support you, your channel and stand by you... I paid £127 for my wife & I to stay in a dirty depressing room, back in Oct 2021... it's honestly the worst hotel we've ever stayed in.

We had the same experience as that a few years ago at the Savoy Hotel in Blackpool and they just were not interested at all, it is very bad customer service!

Well if it was me that was responsible for the hotel id be wanting to make sure that my guests have the best stay possible and if something was wrong with the room be as apologetic as i can and make the customer feel they are valued, thats just me paul

There is a creator on another platform that exposed the state of this hotel in a big way. On the top floor the ceilings are on about 5 foot 9. I honestly dont know how it hasn't been shut down.

53quid is a bargain, even if it is a single small room, plus you got breakfast with that. If you got a good full English at any half decent cafe you're looking at at least 8-10 quid. They probably didn't want you there because you were there to review it and don't need the hassle of someone who will critique everything.

I stayed at tiffanys before pandemic and it's was OK the meal in the evening was always freshly cooked I went last year with my grown up son stayed Monday to Friday the meals were really terrible Monday we had chips and leek and ham pie looked like it was a plate of sick the pie over chips and frozen chips. Tuesday night the menu said chips and spicy chicken or lasagna or salad my son had salad it was uneatable the salad was well fit for bin so he complained and he got a ham sandwich Monday crisps just 2 pieces of bread with the cheapest ham inside I had lasangna it was just mince in the pasta sheets it was tasteless so I complained to the receptionist and she said you never had chips last night I said we did she said you won't tomorrow Wednesday we had a so called roast frozen roasties frozen Yorkshire pud frozen veg and sandwich beef it was horrible so Thursday we never went back hotel for evening meal and we had the best day so never again will I stay at tiffanys
