very nice that what i need on my 99 shadow because theres no fuel gauge and i have to guess but would have to have someone install it for me no welder and do not know how to weld very cool video thank u

You can use either teflon tape or a paste with teflon. You can also use both at the same time if you like. Another product that works quite well is called Blue Goo. Works great but gets on everything and can sometimes make fasteners difficult to unthread.

Hi mate your products look really cool great video just wondered how do we know our guest tank is safe to weld on if it's previously had petrol in it cheers Nathan

There are several ways to weld a tank that's had fuel in it. RU-vid has many videos explaining the process. We typically rinse the tank thoroughly with water several times over. Once dry, we light the remaining fumes with a match taped to a 10' pole. With that said, I do not recommend welding a tank that has had fuel in it unless you know the dangers in doing so. I would take it to a professional if you have trepidation.

Can these kits be installed on a vacuum operated fuel system?

If you are talking about a vacuum operated petcock, yes, it will work just fine. If for whatever reason the tank has vacuum (negative pressure) more than likely the hose will collapse on itself and won't do it's job. Hope that answers your question.
