I have a TRIUMPH TIGER 900 GT PRO (year 2023) motorcycle. The factory-supplied Standard-height seat has an adjustable height of 810 millimetres to 830 millimetres.
I previously rode a YAMAHA V-STAR XVS950A cruiser motorcycle, which has a seat-height of 675 millimetres (which is very low). As I am a short person (of height 5'4"), the low seat-height suited me very well.
The most important change I did - that enabled me to ride the taller motorcycle - was to change from wearing my usual ALPINESTARS STELLA GRAN TORINO GORE-TEX boots, to wearing german hand-made DAYTONA MAX SPORTS GTX boots. This model of DAYTONA boots has a lifted-heel height of 6 centimetres. DAYTONA make several models of boots with lifted-heels (6 centimetres) for men & women.
Secondly, I replaced the factory-supplied Standard-height seat (2312813), with a Low-Rider seat (2313313). The Low-Rider seat has an adjustable seat-height of 790 millimetres to 810 millimetres).
Join me in this video, as I demonstrate the differences between the TIGER900 GT PRO Standard-seat, and the Low-Rider seat.
If you would like to ride a motorbike that is slightly too tall for you. And changing to a low-rider seat does not provide you adequate height-reduction. Perhaps, investigate some of the DAYTONA lifted-heel boots to see if they can help.
This is the link to the video, where I review the DAYTONA MAX SPORTS GTX lifted-heel boots ( • Short-person ride tall... ).

Thank you very much for the video. It's exactly what I needed. Today, I purchased a 2023 Tiger 900 GT Pro. I'm 5 ft 5 in and knew I'd need to lower the seat height of the bike. I figured the low seat included in your video plus a set of rear suspension lowering links would get the seat height down to about 760mm (same as the GT "Low" model). Your video confirmed the low seat is the way to go. Living in Arizona, I can live without a heated seat. I can honestly say my rear end has never been cold on any of my bikes!

U R 1" taller than me 👍I absolutely love my TIGER900GTP. So much better than my 2011 Yamaha VSTAR 950A cruiser. The low-seat is very stiff & painful on my bum after more than 1 hr. So i added a cheap sheepskin seat cover to seat, & so much more comfortable. An impt reason i can ride the TIGER900, are my DAYTONA MAX SPORTS boots which are elevated. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8MrZcbLjv_I.html i hope u subscribe to my YT Channel, as i am adding more video on mods i did on my TIGER900. 55L alum topbox, KARADAR ANDROID-AUTO-CARPLAY & video cams, GIVI TN6415 crash bars, axle & frame sliders, BARKBUSTERS handguards, rear mudguard, headlight protector, OPTIMATE DUO 2A battery charger, etc, etc.

Excellent video. My question is...How comfortable is the low "comfort" seat as compared to the stock seat? I have heated gear and with the heated grips, I dont anticipate riding in weather that Necessitates a heated seat, though it would be nice. Does the low seat have less padding? If so, I'm tempted to lower the suspension and/or invest int he Daytona Boots but leave the stock seat on the bike. Is the seat any narrower on the low? Thanks.

the low-seat has less padding, & i get painful bum after 1 hr of riding. So i installed a black sheep-skin rider seat-cover, & it gives much more comfort than both low & standatd seat.
