Tiger Moth Tales - Tigers in the Butter (Cocoon 2014) 

Hi folks. The feedback and compliments here mean a great deal. Thank you everyone. Tiger Moth Tales almost evolved by accident, yet it has been by far the most worth while career change I ever made and I'm so glad people are enjoying the music. Re the Genesis comment, thank you for picking up on that, because I must confess with this track in particular I did kind of want to write a late seventies Genesis style piece, yet immagining how it would sound in the We Can't Dance era or similar. I am a fan of all eras of Genesis and I guess this is kind of a nod to them and the huge influence and happyness they have given me. Thanks again everyone and I hope you continue to enjoy Tiger Moth Tales. Pete

One of the few great things that has come from being stuck at home for weeks is the opportunity to discover and listen to terrific music. When you discover something new (like I did with Pete Jones today) it is really very uplifting.

I love this track. Its so exciting to discover other prog musicians releasing great music in the UK. I love music that just transports you to another place!

Pete' s a bloody genius. Had the pleasure of seeing him live in Glasgow last December. Jaw droppingly brilliant!

Pete has just bagged the No 1 slot in Prog Magazines poll as 'Tip for 2016, .....that is hardly surprising when you hear the high quality on offer on his 'COCOON' album, it is pure magic from start to finish, one of my favorite albums in many years, well done Pete !!!!

A friend of mine recently gave a glowing account of TMT supporting Pendragon in Morecambe. On the strength of this track I'd say her judgement is sound and you've got yourself two new fans.

It's obvious to me a man who is denied his sight, concentrates more intently on what he, & we hear with our ears! This is beyond question to me, some of the best Progressive Rock music I've discovered in quite some time! I am late to find this amazing music...sorry to say! THANK YOU PETE JONES!!!!!!

This gives me an overwhelming (and awesome) vibe of what Genesis could have sounded like if they kept Peter and Steve and their prog tendencies throughout the 80's, 90's and beyond. I immediately have an affection for this album. It's perfect, really.
