Wow, I cannot believe that these people were so brazen to do that to somebody in front of so many people in the middle of the suburbs. They deserve their life sentences. What a tragedy indeed. These were fathers, working class people ! All so senseless. Very sad indeed

What a story. The things that happen nowadays. Well done Nicole! I'm glad they got life imprisonment. Further down a viewer requested a podcast about the incident at the Engen filling station in Claremont. I'd like to listen to that as well if you can some time.

Appalling. Disgusting. Young beautiful people so ignorantly brutal. This hurts my heart. I feel so bad for every single person involved. The Uber driver, the friend, the young ladies. The families. So extreme. Crikey. Why?

I used to live in Claremont from 2009 until 2012. I only went to Tiger Tiger once and really didnt like the vibe either. What a sad case.

Hi Nicole, thanks for highlighting the discrimination that men are faced with in the "club scene" , smart casual for men and anything goes for females, sometimes hand in hand with free entry and even free drinks, whilst men have to pay and nothing free. I think that the club scene in the Southern Suburbs was dismal to say the least. This case is incredibly sad as it was a case of mistaken identity and it was clear that the perpetrators wanted to kill and did not show any regard for the fact that they werent in the ring. A friend with similar training walked away from these situations, choosing instead to let the other guy think that he was the victor.There was also a case, if I am not mistaken at the Engen filling station also in Claremont, victim there is wheelchair bound, perhaps you would like to cover that case. I seem to recall that those perpetrators went to good schools in the area. Anyway thanks for the great work 👍

The strict requirements are purposefully there because you probably have never heard of women fighting each other for wearing slops, getting drunk and fighting because of free drinks and the more rules they have to follow the more likely they are to conduct themselves better. Very sad but this is what club owners do.

Women are the bait for clubs. So women might even get free entry cause without women ( who generally dress to impress when clubbing) it would just be a sausage party . Clubs want to attract women cause beautiful women makes men come .

@@rocka7339 actually Ive witnessed women fighting with each and they fight dirty, hair pulling, fists flying and lots of choice profanity with words starting with B, C, and P. Lord knows what they were fighting about, ask Johnny Depp about the capabilities of an intoxicated women or any women for that matter...

This has always been the case, even back in my 70s Disco nightclub days in Hillbrow and JHB. It is the same in the USA and Australia. The reason for this discrimination against men is MONEY. Clubs exploit mens wallets, the profits are made from men, entrance fees, and overpriced drinks. Lots of girls go to Discos with no money on them, knowing that desperate men will buy them free drinks. Only now young men are aware of this and are staying at home playing computer games. The whole of society is rigged against men. Plus another factor, these places are very dangerous for young men, violence and fights. I have witnessed this here in the U.K. Men stay away, its not worth the risk and the extortion of your hard earned money. I to had a horrendous fight with a Doorman, that has scarred me for life, I killed him.
