Thanks for the video. Is it possible to check in the baggage through the automatic baggage check in machine about 5 hours before the flight?

I am not 100% sure if you can check in that early via the electronic baggage drop. Usually it is 3 hours before the flight. Might be best to call the airline to double check this

They used to have a full menu with pictures. Things like sandwiches and mini meat pies and sausage rolls. Maybe can pre-order that stuff now

They have scaled back there menu so no longer sell the sandwiches, meat pies etc. Only food you can really buy is what was shown in the video

Great take off vision on Runway 34 L !! Decent enough flight on an airline which gets dreadful reviews. Some friends booked Tiger Air to the Gold Coast from Melbourne and were virtually left stranded for 3 days as they kept cancelling flights for "operational reasons".My friends paid quite a bit to get home on a VA flight and of course no refund from Tiger after many attempts. Other people tell me they weigh your hand luggage and then price gouge you on boarding charging ridiculous fees....I would have thought since VA took control things would have improved...as a mate of mine said "I would rather drive than fly with this airline!!"Anyway well done on another solid review!!

Yep I think Tigerair get bad reviews for the wrong reasons . I find them a great airline. Cheap prices and the crew are lovely. Yes unusual for a domestic flight to take off from the main runway at Sydney airpirt

They do weigh your hand luggage before the flight. But they just making sure people stick to the rules of 7 kgs for your hand luggage. If people abuse the rules it costs them more in fuel. If it costs them more, then the prices of the flights go up!
